By checking in to the Guesthouse, the Guest acknowledges and accepts the provisions set out in the House Rules below.

At check‑in, Guests are kindly requested to present an identification document so that the legally required registration obligation can be fulfilled..
Before occupying the accommodation, it is mandatory to hand over the ID documents (identity card, passport, driving licence). The documents are scanned using a mobile application. Without this, the accommodation CANNOT be occupied. The data of every guest (including babies and children) must be provided.

Check‑in is possible from 🕑14:00 until 19:00 🕖. Please inform in advance about the planned arrival time. Guests are personally welcomed at the guesthouse at the agreed time.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 🕙10:00. If departure is planned for a different time, please inform in advance.
Guests may occupy the accommodation only after payment of the full amount. If departure takes place before the end of the pre‑booked period, the accommodation fee cannot be reduced or refunded. Fair consideration is possible.
When renting the accommodation, only as many beds/rooms are opened as have been paid for in the package. The house and garden are for the exclusive use of the guests; the guesthouse is always rented to only one family at a time.
